The existing floor of this house was tired and worn and needed an upgrade badly.  To make matters worse, there was an addition put on the house to create a breakfast area off the kitchen, and the floor did not match.

We tore everything out but discovered there were too many imperfections in the concrete subfloor to chance putting a new laminate on top of it, so we first glued thin plywood to the concrete.  This would give the floor the feel and sound of hardwood when you walk on it.

In the end, the floor looked amazing, and our customers were very happy.
