For this project we had the challenge of running the wires for the outlet through the adjoining built-in cabinet and into the space behind the wall where the TV is mounted. Then, the HDMI cables ran through a similar path to the location of audio/video equipment in the other built-in cabinet. The end result is a TV that sits proudly on the wall without any wires showing, and the homeowner can open the cabinet door to access the front panel of the tv box and sound system.
