This 10 x 10 Shed was constructed for one of NASCAR’s Drivers. It was to be built like a house and required matching siding and the same Architectural shingles as the house. So, that’s what we did!
Because the shed was within 144 sq ft, it was not required that it built as a permanent structure. That was fortunate, because as it turned out, the HOA miscalculated where it could be placed on the property, so we were required to move it after it was complete, to another part of the yard where it wasn’t visible from the street.
All turned out well, and the shed found its new home behind tall shrubs, where no one will ever see what a great job we did! LOL
Axiom can custom-build a shed up to 12 x 12 in most areas we cover without a permit. We just need to check your property line set-back.
